Why We had started Slums education project”
It was a black evening when Rimsha Masih a minor girls 13 years was charged a fake blasphemy case in Meharabadi Jaffar G-11 Islamabad. The Christians of Meharabadi Jaffar fled from the colony after the local Muslims failed in their attempt to burn alive Rimsha Masih more than 250 families have fled their homes in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan, to save their lives after a young Christian girl was accused of burning the Quran. According to the reports, Muslims looted the abandoned houses, setting fire to Christians’ belongings, and they have desecrated the local church building.
Displaced families tried to settle down in jungle but the local residents chased them and didn’t allow them to live there for the time being although Capital Development Authority (CDA) chairman told them to set their tents for the time being in H-9/2 Islamabad
After the passing of 2 year the Christians still in fear retaliatory attacks from Islamist extremists enraged by the blasphemy accusations made against Rimsha and are forced to live in jungle.
School Project
We are involved in Bible distribution program there and people are really being blessed by receiving their own Bibles.
During out team visits to those slums, Lord put it in his heart to do something special for the kids of those poor people. Kids are our next future and we need to struggle for them to achieve a better future.
We are also planning to open a Pre- school there so that we can give them with their basic education. Please pray that we may able to do that in our Lord’s Mighty Name, and can be a blessing to many neglected kids of our community.
It would be non-profitable schools where we will provide basic education, school supplies and uniforms wholly free of cost
There is a major intention also works behind the idea of opening the school which that if we open a school of our own, there we can create a certain atmosphere for the children to teach these children in a biblical atmosphere where could learn bible as a subject, where they could learn and grow in the love and the blessings of the Almighty Lord.
